SCHEDULING & REFUND POLICY
It is in your best interest to read the following policy before you schedule an appointment with me to avoid any misunderstandings. In order to provide you with the best service possible and be fair to other clients, I require that you comply with the following scheduling policy. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of the policies below.
If you wish to cancel/reschedule an appointment you may do so at any time according to the rules of this policy. Rescheduling will be done according to availability. You can cancel/reschedule your appointment by using the link 'CHANGE/CANCEL APPOINTMENT' in your appointment confirmation email.
1:1 Coaching Calls
If you cancel LESS THAN 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, 50% of the cost of the service you booked will be retained and the remaining 50% will be refunded to you. If you cancel MORE THAN 24 hours in advance, no fee will be charged. You can reschedule your appointment at any moment before your scheduled time.
These classes are bought as a package (4 classes) so they can't be cancelled individually once you cancel all classes will be cancelled. If you change your mind and wish to get a refund (cancel your booking) before the live classes start you can cancel the package through the link in your email. If you're not completely with the live classes you can get a refund at the end of module 1 or up to 24 hours before the start of module two. No Questions Asked! After this period, no refunds will be made even if you don't attend classes.
Live classes can't be rescheduled.
1:1 Coaching Calls
You are expected to connect to our coaching call at the time/date booked using the link provided in the email you received from the scheduling platform (Acuity). IF you arrive MORE THAN 15 minutes late you will have missed your appointment. I want to deliver you the best service possible and reducing our time together affects this, therefore you will have to book another appointment.
You will have ONE opportunity to schedule another appointment after a Late Show. If you attend late to your second appointment, you will need to book and pay for a new one. There will be no refunds!
You MUST still arrive in order for this policy to be in effect. If you do not, you will be regarded as a “no-show” and treated accordingly (read below).
If you miss your class you will have access to the replay for a limited time.
If you book an appointment, and you do not reschedule online or you do not show-up when late (read late policy above) at your appointment time, you will be charged 100% of the fee for your scheduled service. There will be no refunds available!
Any refunds you are due will be credited to the same account you leave on file when booking your appointment.
